14th July 2011: Bastille Day Fireworks in Paris.
After the Military Parade I went back to La Defense at night to watch fireworks organized on the Eiffel Tower. Don’t miss the video down there.

I was located at about 4 km from the Eiffel Tower and I had to use the max range of my zoom (270 mm). I fixed the camera to a fence with my Joby tripod and the wind was making it shake a bit. Fireworks lasted for about 20 minutes, I started by taking only pictures and after a while, I switched to video. Next time, I’ll probably try to get closer and make better shots.
